This policy explains what data Brixwave collects when you sign in with Roblox, use the dashboard, or connect the Studio plugin, and how that data is used, stored and protected. By using Brixwave you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.
Account data: your Roblox user ID, username and display name, obtained through Roblox OAuth. Content you provide: the prompts, screenshots and follow-up instructions you submit to generate code, and the resulting build history for each project. Plugin data: a heartbeat signal from the Roblox Studio plugin used only to show whether it is connected, and the generated instances it reports back as synced. Payment data: if you upgrade to Pro or buy credits, payment is handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card number. We keep only the resulting subscription status, credit balance and Stripe customer reference. Technical data: a hashed form of your IP address, kept briefly to prevent abuse of the generation queue.
Your prompts, uploaded screenshots and conversation history are sent to the AI model provider you select (Google Gemini, OpenAI, DeepSeek, or Anthropic) to generate a response. We use your account and usage data to operate your dashboard, track credits, enforce plan limits, process payments through Stripe, keep the service secure, and communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your prompts to train our own models.
We share data only with the service providers needed to run Brixwave, each bound by its own privacy terms: the AI model provider you choose, for generating responses; Stripe, for payment processing; Google Firebase, for authentication and database storage; and Vercel, for hosting. We do not share your data with anyone else, and we never sell it.
Account data, project history and generated architectures are stored in Firebase / Firestore for as long as your account is active, so you can revisit past projects. You can delete a project at any time from the dashboard, which removes it permanently. If you delete your account, contact us and we will erase your remaining data within 30 days, except where we are required to keep billing records for legal or tax purposes.
We apply industry-standard measures to protect your account and content: encrypted connections (HTTPS) everywhere, authentication through Roblox OAuth rather than passwords we manage ourselves, and access controls on our database. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to keep your data protected and will notify you if a breach affects your account.
We use a single essential session cookie to keep you signed in after you authenticate with Roblox. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Brixwave is a developer tool intended for use by Roblox creators. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone who does not meet the minimum age required to hold a Roblox account and agree to these terms in their jurisdiction. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will remove it.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can view and delete your projects directly from the dashboard at any time. For anything else — including full account deletion — contact us and we will handle the request.
Brixwave and its service providers operate infrastructure in multiple countries. Where your data is transferred outside your country of residence, we rely on our providers’ own safeguards (including standard contractual clauses where applicable) to protect it.
We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date below. Continued use of Brixwave after a change means you accept the revised policy.
