By creating an account or using Brixwave you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with them, do not use the service.

02The service
Brixwave is a Roblox Studio plugin and companion website that lets you describe a game mechanic in plain language and have Brixwave generate Luau scripts, instances and Toolbox assets directly inside your open Roblox Studio place. Brixwave is a regular Studio plugin using the public plugin API — it does not modify Roblox itself, bypass its security systems, or run outside Studio.
03Accounts and eligibility
You sign in with your Roblox account through Roblox OAuth. You must meet the age and account requirements Roblox itself imposes to hold a Roblox account, and you are responsible for keeping your session and connected devices secure. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
04Subscriptions, credits and billing
Free accounts receive a monthly allowance of credits. Pro is a paid subscription that increases that allowance, unlocks additional models, and adds priority in the generation queue; payment is processed by Stripe and billed on a recurring basis until cancelled. Different AI models consume different amounts of credits per generation — stronger models cost more. Monthly credits reset on your billing cycle and unused credits do not roll over. Credits purchased as a one-time top-up do not expire. You can cancel a Pro subscription at any time; it remains active until the end of the current billing period, and we do not provide partial refunds for unused time except where required by law.
05Acceptable use
You may not use Brixwave to generate malicious scripts, exploits, or anything intended to bypass Roblox's safety, moderation or anti-cheat systems; to abuse, overload or reverse-engineer the API; to violate Roblox's own Terms of Use or Community Standards; or to generate content that is illegal, hateful, or infringes someone else's rights. Accounts found violating these rules may be suspended or terminated without refund.
06Your content and ownership
You retain ownership of the prompts you write and the Luau code, instances and assets Brixwave generates for your projects. You grant us a limited license to process that content — including sending it to the AI model provider you select — solely to provide and improve the service. You are responsible for reviewing generated code before publishing your game, and for complying with Roblox's Terms of Use for anything you ship.
07AI-generated content disclaimer
Generated code, plans and asset suggestions are produced by third-party AI models and are provided "as is". We do not guarantee that generated code is bug-free, secure, optimal, or fit for any particular purpose. You are responsible for testing and reviewing everything Brixwave builds before relying on it in a live game.
08Third-party services
Brixwave relies on third-party providers to operate: Roblox (authentication), Google, OpenAI, DeepSeek and Anthropic (AI model inference), Stripe (payments), and Google Firebase (hosting of your account and project data). Your use of Brixwave is also subject to the applicable terms of those providers where relevant, and we are not responsible for their availability or performance.
09Disclaimer of warranties
Brixwave is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
10Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brixwave and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any bugs, data loss, lost revenue, or other issues arising in your Roblox game or account as a result of using code or assets generated by Brixwave. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
11Termination
You may stop using Brixwave and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abuse, or pose a security risk. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will continue to apply.
12Relationship with Roblox
Brixwave is an independent, third-party tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. "Roblox" and related marks belong to Roblox Corporation. You remain solely responsible for complying with the Roblox Terms of Use and Community Standards for anything you build or publish.
13Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date below, and continued use of Brixwave after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
14Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law applicable to the operator of Brixwave, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your own country of residence.
